WILSON-Mr. Gerald W. Wilson, Jr., age 16, of Graniteville, S.C., loving son of Gerald W. Wilson, Sr. and Lynn Craig Wilson, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 9, 2013. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Michael Craig, Sr. and Audrey Craig; his paternal grandparents, Anna Wilson and the late Ronald W. Wilson; brothers, Michael Grant Wilson and Eddie Olin Wilson all of Graniteville, S.C. He was born in and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. He was a member of the Junior Class at Midland Valley High School. He was a active member of the Sweetwater Church of God., where he was also a member of the Refuge Youth Group. He loved his family and was very protective of them, especially his brothers. Even on this fateful day, he proved his loyalty for his loved ones by stepping in and giving his life for those he loved. He was truly a young man of integrity. His hobbies included drawing, riding the skateboard, and he really loved his Iphone. He shall be greatly missed by his family, friends and all whose lives he touched; however, he shall live on forever in the hearts of his loved ones. The family will receive friends at the Sweetwater Church of God in North Augusta, S.C. this Tuesday evening, November 12th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. A service celebrating his life and home going will be held at the church on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 2:00 PM with Bishop Phillip Napier officiating. The interment will follow at the Graniteville Cemetery. Memorials, in his honor, may be made to the Gerald W.
