GRESHAM-Mrs. Georgia Louise Seigler Gresham, age 80, of Langley, S.C., loving wife of Willie “Billy†Gresham and daughter of the late James S. Seigler and the late Katie Fulmer Seigler went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Saturday, September 15, 2012. In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons; Sammy “Jimmy†(Ann) Mundy of Batesburg, S.C., Roger Dean (Tonya) Mundy of Aiken, S.C.; stepsons, Harold (Karen) Gresham of Gloverville, S.C., Mike (Bonnie) Gresham of Langley, S.C. and Mark Gresham of Augusta, Ga.; stepdaughters, Marie (Robbie) Burroughs of Clearwater, S.C., Angie (Wayne) Barton of Burnettown, S.C. and Sylvia Brown of Langley, S.C.; 19 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Sammie W. Mundy, Sr.; a daughter, Sandra Gantt; sisters, Jamie Owens, Hazel Widener and Eddie Mae Savarese; brothers, William “Bud†Seigler and James Adam Seigler and her best friend, Gladys L. Willis. She was born in and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County,S.C. She was a dedicated member of Pine Grove Baptist Church in Bath. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She really loved flowers, and she extended this love and kindness through her giving of beautiful bouquets to the sick and to just anyone that she felt like needed a lift in life. She shall be greatly missed by her family and friends; however, life for her has not ended, as God has promised eternal life for all who believe on Him. She has just made a transition to her new Heavenly home where life and love never ends. She shall live on forever in the hearts of her love ones. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening, September 18th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. A service celebrating her life and home going will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at 3:30 PM. The interment will follow at Aiken Memorial Park in Aiken, S.C. Memorials, in her honor, may be made to the Alzeheimers Assoc., 1899 Central Avenue, Augusta, Ga. 30904 or to Aiken SPCA, 401 Wire Road, Aiken, S.C. 2980l.
