Frank H. Vanness

VANNESS–Mr. Frank H. Vanness, age 68, of North Augusta, S.C., husband of the late Karen S. Vanness and son of the late Elmer J. and Ruth Gilroy Vanness, entered into rest on Thursday, February 28, 2013. He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Kanette and Clifford Miller of North Augusta, S.C.; a brother, John Vanness of Bowie, Maryland; two granddaughters and a number of nieces and nephews. He was of the Methodist Faith. He was a retired commercial truck driver with US Express, and was a US Army Veteran. He was a loving dad and grandfather and shall be greatly missed by his family and all whose lives he touched along the way; however, he shall live on forever in everyone’s hearts. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this Sunday evening, March 3rd from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. A service celebrating his life will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Monday, March 4, 2013 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Gene Wilson officiating.
