Frank T. Spradley, Sr.

SPRADLEY-Entered into eternal rest on Friday, June 25, 2010, Mr. Frank T. Spradley, Sr. age 95 of Aiken, S. C., loving husband for 68 ½ years to Blondell Rish Spradley and son of the late Lawson B. Spradley and the late Mary Hutto Spradley. In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons and daughters-in-law; Frank T., Jr. and Phyllis Spradley, Cyrus L. and Birdie Faye Spradley, Jerry W. and Gloria Spradley; a daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn S. and Russell Hamilton all of Aiken, S. C.; twelve grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. He was born in Monetta, S. C. but has been a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. He retired from Graniteville Company after 40 years of dedicated service. He was a member of Fellowship of Truth Baptist Church and was also a member of the Men’s Sunday School Class there. He dearly loved his church, and he also, had a deep love for his family and grandchildren. During his lifetime, he was a loving husband, good father and grandfather, a good friend to all, a hard worker and a good provider for his family. In summation, he was a good man, who God granted a long life, and he will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched; however, life for Mr. Frank has not ended, but he has just made a transition to his eternal home. A celebration of his life service will be held on Monday, June 28, 2010 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Broach and Rev. Gene Daggerhart officiating. The interment will follow at Aiken Memorial Park. The pallbearers will be Frank Spradley, Brett Spradley, Glenn Spradley, Rusty Spradley, Wade Spradley and Wayne Spradley. The Honorary pallbearers will be the Men’s Sunday School Class of Fellowship of Truth Baptist Church. The family will receive friends at Napier Funeral Home tonight, Sunday, June 27th from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
