Ernest Leon Holloway

Mr. Ernest Leon Holloway entered into rest Tuesday April 12, 2022.

Born in Aiken, S.C. to the late Ernest Holloway and Emma Mae Baker in 1940, Leon joined the National Guard after graduating High School, and was retired from the Graniteville Company. He loved to golf, and was extremely proud of having the opportunity to play a round at the Augusta National Golf Club. He was a devoted Christian and member of Millbrook Baptist Church. He was a family man that loved his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed taking them on bike rides and playing tennis with them.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife of 49 years, Marion Anne Holloway; brother, James Madison Holloway; and sister, Gail Rieskts.

He is survived by his daughters, Sheryl Burke, Kimberli Allen, and Brandi Nicole Holloway; sisters, Ann (Leroy) Key, and Loreasa (Keith) Edwards; sisters-in-law, Janet Clark, and Martha (David) Willing; and grandchildren, Kevin Allen, Zachary Allen, Heather Allen, Marlee Holloway, and Rylee Holloway.

A Memorial Service, celebrating his life, will be held at the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home Friday April 15, 2022 at 11 A.M. with Rev. Gary Farina to officiate. The Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
