Ernest Eugene Doolittle

DOOLITTLE-Ernest Eugene Doolittle, age 54, of Warrenville, S.C., loving husband of Geneva Riley Doolittle and son of the late Ernest B. Doolittle and the late Carleen Scott Doolittle, entered into rest on Monday, September 22, 2014. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Katrina Chanvlee and a son Joey Doolittle both of North Carolina; a brother, Ricky Doolittle of Augusta, Ga.; sisters, Vickie Davis of Gloverville, S.C., April Grimes of Edgefield, S.C., Tammy Powell of Trenton, S.C. and six grandchildren. He was born in and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. He was a residential carpenter by trade. He was attended the Full Gospel Redemption Center in Langley, S.C. The family stated that he was a good husband and the very best brother ever. He was an avid fisherman, and he loved his dog, Sadie. He shall be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched during the 54 years that God granted him on this earth; however, death cannot destroy precious memories, and he shall live on forever in the hearts of his loved ones. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home this Wednesday evening, September 24th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. A service, celebrating his life, will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at l:00 PM with Rev. Chris Williams officiating. The interment will follow at the Graniteville Cemetery. The Pallbearers will be Bud Grimes, Keith Doolittle, Thomas Davis, Lamar Davis and Terry Harris.
