KEY-Mrs. Ellie Jordan Turner Key, age 79, of North Augusta, S.C., loving wife of Richard Key and daughter of the late Olin Jordan and the late Zelma Ouzts Jordan, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, May 13, 2012. In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughters, Joyce Greene of Columbia, S.C., Pat (Mike) Low of Aiken, S.C. and Karen (Kevin) Wise of Gulf Breeze, Florida; five grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was born in Johnston, S.C. but has been a lifelong resident of Aiken County. She was a member of Breezy Hill Baptist Church in Graniteville. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and she was also a very caring person, always considering the needs of others. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all whose lives she touched during the 79 precious years that God granted her on this earth; however, death is not the end, as God has promised eternal life for all who believe on Him. She shall live on forever in everyone’s hearts. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this Tuesday evening, May 15th from 5:00 until 7:00 PM. A graveside service celebrating her life will be held on Wednesday, May 16th at 11:00 AM at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Langley, S.C. Family and friends are asked to meet at the graveside by 10:45 AM the day of the service. Memorials, in Mrs. Key’s honor, may be made to Breezy Hill Baptist Church, 612 Ascauga Lake Rd., Graniteville, S.C. 29829.
