Elizabeth Turner Epperly

Mrs. Elizabeth Turner Epperly, 93, entered into rest at her residence with her children by her side Wednesday August 4, 2021.
Born April 3, 1928 to the late Quiller Turner and the late Ethel Turner Johnson. Mrs. Epperly was a prayer warrior who loved the Lord more than anything. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and faithful wife who was full of life and always welcomed everyone into her home. She told everyone she crossed paths with “Jesus loves you and so do I”. Her family loved her with all their hearts, and she will be truly missed.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband Frank Marvin Epperly; her parents; brothers, Horace and Herald Turner; sister, Jane Johnson; great grandson, Wes Johnson; brother-in-law, Bob Cushman; sister-in-law, Linda Johnson; and son-in-law, Russell Johnson.
She is survived by her sons, Frank Michael (Debbie) Epperly, Charles Epperly (Rose), and Dennis Epperly Sr. (Virginia); daughters, Ethel (Wayne) Plunkett, Ann Johnson, Elaine (Burley) Jones, Darlene (Mickey) Williamson, and Jenny (Ricky) Dyches; brothers, George (Brenda) Johnson and Joseph Johnson Jr.; sisters, Ellyn Burkett, Myrtie Cushman, and Josie Davis; 18 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service, celebrating her life, will be held at the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home, Sunday August 8, 2021 at 2 P.M. with Deacon Donnie Crawford to officiate and the burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Allen Bell, Russ Johnson, Burt Johnson, Brian Epperly, Michael Epperly, Frank Jones, Chad Jones, Mick Williamson, Dennis Epperly Jr., Brandon Dyches. A visitation will be held Saturday August 7, 2021 from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. at Napier Funeral Home.
