Edna Randall Turner Hill

Ms. Edna Randall Hill, age 83, daughter of the late Edgar Collins Randall and the late Nellie Green Randall, entered into eternal rest at her daughter’s residence in Graniteville, S.C. on Tuesday, August 13, 2019. She is survived by her two daughters, Ann (Doug) Rains and Kathy (Gary, Sr.) Cates; a stepson, Jeff Hill; sisters, Carrie Bell Randall, Jeanette Deas and June (Bobby) Ready; brothers, Donald (Thelma) Randall and Kenneth Randall; twelve grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Alvin Turner; five brothers, Wibert, Elbert, Andrew, Algie and Alvie Randall and a sister, Lizzie Mae Bova. She was born in Aiken County, S.C. but has spent the last thirty years of her life in Tallahassee, Florida.  During her working years, she worked over forty years at the Hickman Division of Graniteville Company and after moving to Florida, she worked at Lakeside RV Park. She loved the outdoors and was an avid flower gardener. She was of the Baptist Faith. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren, with all her heart. She shall be greatly missed by her family, friends and all whose lives she touched during the 83 years that God granted her on this earth. Death is not the end, as she shall live on forever in the hearts of her family and loved ones. A graveside service, celebrating her life and homegoing, will be held at the Vaucluse Cemetery in Vaucluse, S.C. on Friday, August 16, 2019 at 11:00 AM with Chaplain Dexter Lambert officiating.  Memorials may be made to ALS Association, 1120 15th Street, Augusta, Ga. 30912 or to a charity of one’s choice.  At the family’s request, there will be no formal visitation.  Napier Funeral Home Inc., 315 Main St., Graniteville, S.C. 29829, is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
