BRITT- Mrs. Earleen Lewis Britt, age 78, of Warrenville, S.C., loving wife for 63 years to Gerald M. Britt and daughter of the late Joe L. Lewis and the late Ellen Toole Lewis, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, November 22, 2015. In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons, Kenneth (Sandra) Britt of Jackson, S.C., Neil Britt of Parksville, S.C. and Tony (Anita) Britt of Cadiz, Kentucky; daughters, Sharon (Aubrey) Prince of Parksville, S.C., Tina (Chris) Hendricks of Aiken, S.C. and Tonya Brown of Warrenville, S.C.; sisters, Janice L. (Ronald) Collum of Warrenville, S.C., Glenda L.(Gene) LeRoy of Macon, Ga.; a brother, H. D. Lewis of Warrenville, S.C.; twelve grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandchild and a great grandchild. She was born in Tombs County, Ga. but has lived most of her life in Aiken County, S.C. She was a member of Warrenville First Baptist Church in Warrenville, S.C. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Earlene was just a unique lady who loved everybody, and everybody loved her in return. She shall be greatly missed by her family, friends and all whose lives she touched during the 78 years that God granted her on this earth. Death cannot destroy, precious memories, and she shall live on forever in the hearts of her loved ones. “To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.” A service, celebrating her life and home going will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Friday, November 27, 2015 at 3:00 PM with Rev. J. B. Redd officiating. The interment will follow at the Warrenville Cemetery. The Deacons of the Warrenville First Baptist Church will serve as Pallbearers.
