Mrs. Dorothy C. Snipes, age 72, beloved wife of 38 years to Hastings Snipes, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, July 29th, 2018 at her residence. In addition to her husband she is survived by her sons, Dewayne, Dewitt and Ernie Beckner; daughters, Tonya Whaley, Sierra Snipes, Amy (Thomas) Stone, Heather (Justin) Goforth; brother, Cecil (Geraldine) Goff; and twelve grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Obera T. Goff. She will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched in the 72 precious years that God gave her on this earth. A funeral service celebrating her life will be conducted on Friday, August 3rd, 2018 at 3 o’clock pm in the chapel of Napier Funeral Home with the Rev. Eder Herrera officiating. The interment will immediately follow at the Historic Graniteville Cemetery. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
