Dorothy Giles Hutto

HUTTO-Mrs. Dorothy L. Giles Hutto, age 53, of Beech Island, S.C., loving wife of Malcolm W. “Jack” Hutto, Jr. and daughter of the late, Thomas Giles and the late, Betty Jean Patterson Giles, entered into rest on Thursday, April 17, 2014. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Cierra Hutto of North Augusta, S.C.; sons, Lee Horne of Waycross, Ga., Derek Horne, Malcolm Hutto, III, Michael DeWayne Ennis all of Beech Island, S.C., and Austin Hutto of North Augusta, S.C.; brothers, Thomas “Mike” Giles and Billy Giles both of Beech Island, S.C.; a sister, Tammy Rish of Jackson, S.C. and twelve grandchildren. She was born in Anderson, S.C. but has been a resident of Aiken County, S.C. for a number of years. She was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend who shall be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched during her lifetime; however, death cannot destroy precious memories, and she shall live on forever in the hearts of her family and friends. A service celebrating her life will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Monday, April 21, 2014 at 2:00 PM. with Rev. Carrie Gorden officiating.The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. The interment will follow the service at Jackson Memorial Gardens in Jackson, S.C.
