Doris Diane Snipes Jackson

JACKSON-Mrs. D. Diane Snipes Jackson, age 58, of Bath, S.C., loving wife of Benny Arthur Jackson and daughter of the late Calvin Vincent Snipes and the late Doris Hall Snipes, entered into rest on Wednesday, November 20, 2013. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a sister, Inez Wood of New Holland, S.C,; brothers, Vernon V. Snipes of Warrenville and Bobby Lee Snipes of Belvedere, S.C. She was preceded in death by a brother, Carroll Wayne Snipes. She was born in Lexington, S.C. but has spent most of her life in Aiken County, S.C. She was an employee of Asco in Aiken, S.C. Her hobbies included fishing, gardening, and she also enjoyed doing needlework. She was a loving wife, sister and friend who shall be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched during her lifetime on this earth; however, death cannot destroy precious memories, and she shall live on forever in the hearts of her loved ones. A memorial service will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Friday, November 22nd at 3:00 PM with Rev. Leroy Beard officiating. The interment will be private.
