Doris Ann Herron Baughman

Mrs. Doris Ann Herron Baughman, age 77, beloved wife of Mr. Brunson Baughman, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, May 22nd, 2018. In addition to her husband she is survived by her son, Clayton Baughman; daughter, Pam (David) Hart, all of Aiken, SC.; brothers, Bill and Lester Herron; sisters, Mary Doyle, Carolyn Widener, Carrie Herron, Jean Holsonback, Linda Corbett; and grandchildren, Corey (Samantha) Hart, Cody (Colleen) Hart and Leighton Mitchell Baughman. She is preceded in death by her parents, Grover Lee and Polksie Herron; and brother, Wade Herron. She enjoyed life and loved the Lord Jesus Christ. Some of her favorite things were gospel music, cooking, quilting, gardening and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends, and all whose lives she touched in the 77 precious years that God granted her on this earth. A funeral service celebrating her life will be conducted on Thursday, May 24th, 2018 at 3 o’clock pm at Central Baptist Church in Aiken, with the Rev. Harvey Fields officiating. The interment will immediately follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1pm until the time of the service at the church. Pallbearers include: Troy Widener, Mervin Fields, Vinson Fields, Arlin Fields, Chris Holsonback and Mitch Widener.
