JOHNSON-Mr. Donnie P. Johnson, age 67, of Warrenville, S.C., loving husband for 44 priceless years to Mary Miller Johnson and son of the late David Pierce Johnson and the late Margaret Courtney Johnson Holman, entered into eternal rest on Monday, May 25, 2015. In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons, Marshall P.( Carla) Johnson and James Kyle Johnson both of Warrenville, S.C.; sisters, Patsy J. (Richard) Walling of New Ellenton, S.C. and Julie Holman (Tim) Barry of Tallahassee, Florida. He was born in Warrenville, S.C. and has been a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. He was a well known mechanic by trade, having worked for several different car dealers. He was a member of Warrenville First Baptist Church. He was a devoted husband, father and brother. He shall be greatly missed by his family and all whose lives he touched during the 67 precious years that God granted him on this earth; however, he shall live on forever in the hearts of his loved ones. Death is not the end as he has just made that transition to his new Heavenly home where all is peace and joy, and no sad goodbyes are ever spoken. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this Friday evening, May 29th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. In honoring his wishes, there will be no formal funeral service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Napier Funeral Home, Inc., 315 Main St., Graniteville, S.C. 29829 is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
