Donald W. Patton, Jr.

PATTON-Mr. Donald W. Patton, Jr., age 53, of Aiken, S.C., loving son of Donald W. Patton, Sr. and Betty Moore Patton, entered into rest on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at his residence. In addition to his parents, he is survived by daughters, Heather (Lindon) Lankford and Amanda Patton both of Lenoir, N.C.; a brother, Gary Dale Patton of Aiken, S.C. and a grandson. He was born in Charleston, S.C. but has spent most of his life in Aiken County, S.C. He was a US Army Veteran. He was of the Baptist Faith, He had a deep love for animals. He shall be greatly missed by his family, friends and all whose lives he touched during his lifetime here on earth; however, death is not the end, as God has promised eternal life for all who believe and trust in Him. Death cannot destroy precious memories, and he shall live on forever in the hearts of his loved ones. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Wesley Greene officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
