Donald W. Jeffers

JEFFERS-Entered into rest on Saturday, July 24, 2010, Mr. Donald W. Jeffers, age 58 of Hephzibah, Georgia, son of the late George Milton Jeffers and the late Mildred Wilson Greenwald. He is survived by a son, Michael S. Jeffers of Denver, Colorado; daughters, Cristy White of Hephzibah, Ga. and Sherri Hewitt of Chattanooga, TN.; brothers, George Milton Jeffers, Jr. and his wife, Joyce of Beech Island, S.C and Thomas Altman of Evans, Ga.; a sister, Geneva Quick and her husband, Tom of Hampton, Ga. and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a twin brother, Ronald Jeffers. He was born in and was a lifelong resident of Richmond County. He had in the past worked as a mechanic with Murray Biscuit Company. He was of the Baptist faith. He was an avid fisherman, and he loved to play his guitar. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all whose lives he touched along the way. A graveside service celebrating his life will be held on Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Langley Cemetery in Langley, S.C. with Rev. Jim Kirk officiating. The family will receive friends at Napier Funeral Home, Monday evening, July 26th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Napier Funeral Home, 315 Main St., Graniteville, S.
