Obituary Mr. Charles Beard, age 62, entered into rest on Friday February 26, 2021.  He is survived by his daughter, Agnes Marie (Terry) Kirby; companion of 22 years, Carrie Clemmons; brothers, Kenneth (Mary) Beard, Mark (Denise) Beard; and sister, Brenda Beard Fulton. He is preceded in death by his parents, Elbert and Ruth Irene Barton Beard; and sister, Betsy Beard.  He will be missed by all of his family, friends and those who were touched by his life.
