Cebie L. Adams

December 31, 1969 — July 1, 2011

ADAMS-Mr. Cebie L. Adams, age 73, of Graniteville, S.C., loving husband for 46 years to Linda Parks Adams and son of the late Bailey Adams and the late Bertie Lee Davis Adams, entered into eternal rest on Friday, July 1, 2011. In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons; Brian Adams and Michael Adams both of Graniteville and Tony Adams of Minot, ND; eight brothers, G. W., Kenneth, Charles, Richard, Cecil, Roger, Jimmy and Gene Adams; three sisters, Venetta and Sandra Adams, Marjorie Smith, and three grandchildren. He was born in Neeses, S. C. but has been a resident of Graniteville, S.C. for the past 46 years. He was of the Baptist Faith. He was a US Marine Veteran. He was a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather. He shall be greatly missed by his family and friends, but life does not end with death, for the Gift of God is eternal life for those who believe on Him. To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord. God granted him 73 years on this earth and fond memories of his life shall live on in the hearts of his family and friends. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home with Rev. Len Warner officiating. The interment will be private. The family will receive friends at the funeral home immediately following the memorial service. Memorials, in Mr. Adam’s honor, may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 17 Executive Park, Suite 115, Atlanta, Ga. 30329-2012.
