Carole Holley Vickers

VICKERS-Mrs. Carole Holley Vickers, age 68, wife of the late Jerry Vickers and daughter of the late George L. Holley and the late Edith Williams Holley, entered into eternal rest at Aiken Regional Medical Center on Wednesday, August 7, 2013. She is survived by her daughter, Joy Kellogg of Leesville, S.C.; six grandchildren; one great grandchild and a special nephew, Dewayne Deramus. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Nikki Vickers and a son, Brian Vickers. She was a member of Church of God of Prophecy in Gloverville, S.C. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She was a kind and gentle lady, who never met a stranger. She had a “Heart of Gold”, and would help anybody that needed her help. She shall be greatly missed by her family and friends; however, death cannot destroy precious memories, and she shall love on forever in everyone’s hearts. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Church of God of Prophecy on Hickory St. in Gloverville, S.C. with Pastor Linda Proctor officiating.
