Born in Conway, SC, and a member of Vaucluse First Baptist, Mr. Johnson retired from the Graniteville Company after over 30 years of service. He spent his time fishing, gardening, and keeping his family’s cars going. He could do anything. He enjoyed feeding the birds, and loved his cats and dogs. Even more he loved his wife and family, to which he was deeply devoted.
A funeral service celebrating his life will be held on Tuesday April 6, 2021 at 2pm in the chapel of University Parkway Church of God with pastor Henry Shaffer officiating. The interment will immediately follow at Vaucluse Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
