Billie Jean Weatherford Ready

READY- Mrs. Billie Jean Weatherford Ready, age 45, of North Augusta, S.C., loving wife of Virgil Ready and daughter of Billy Gene and Claudia Cato Weatherford, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, April 4, 2013. In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by: daughters, Stephanie Mixon of North Augusta, S.C. and Amy Mixon of Graniteville, S.C.; sons, Jeffery (Hope) Mixon of Fayetteville, North Carolina and Jonathan Coleman of Columbia, S.C.; sisters, Sletha (Brian) Turner of Augusta, Ga. and Faith (Troy) Small of Saluda, S.C.; brothers, Roy (Julia) Weatherford of Clearwater, S.C. and Chad (Lynn) Weatherford of Beech Island, S.C. She was born in and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. She was a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church in Langley, S.C. She was a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse, a loving daughter, wife, mother and sister. She shall be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched along the way; however death is not the end, as God has promised eternal life for all who trust and believe in Him, and fond memories of her shall live on forever in the hearts of her loved ones. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this Saturday evening, April 6th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. A service celebrating her life will be held at Pine Forest Baptist Church on Sunday, April 7th at 2:00 PM with Rev. Ron Doss and Rev. Willie Chalker officiating. The interment will follow at the Graniteville Cemetery. Mrs. Ready will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service.
