STOFFER- Bernice Clemmons Stoffer, age 67, of North Augusta, S.C., daughter of the late Ollie Clemmons and the late Elizabeth Harris Clemmons, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, October 19, 2014. She is survived by her daughters, Rita Stone and Angela Channell both of Warrenville, S.C.; sons,, Nickey Lard of Bath, S.C., William Herron, Jr. of Johnstown, S.C., Roy Herron of Columbia, S.C. and Anthony Channell of Georgia; brothers, Ollie Clemmons of Warrenville, S.C. and Billy Clemmons of Johnstown, S.C.; grandchildren, Tina Walker, Chester Plecha, Jr. and Thomas Channell and four great grandchildren. She was born in and was a lifetime resident of Aiken County, S.C. She was a retired Manager with Big Lots. She loved her family; especially, her grandchildren who were her “Pride and Joyâ€. She also was a people person, which yielded her many friends. She shall be greatly missed by her family, friends and all whose lives she touched during her lifetime; however, death cannot destroy precious memories, and she shall live on forever in the hearts of her loved ones. A memorial service will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Chris Williams officiating. The interment will be private.
