Bernard E. Hall

December 31, 1969 — July 12, 2012

HALL-Mr. Bernard E. Hall, age 86, of Aiken, S.C. beloved husband of Evelyn Black Hall and son of the late Allen Hall and the late Leslie Stoudemire Hall, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, July 12, 2012. In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters, Brenda Wright of Graniteville and Gloria Ennis of Aiken; a son, Ronnie Hall of Eureka; a sister, Dorothy Coursey of Aiken; four grandchildren, three great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. He was born in Lexington, S.C. but has been a lifelong resident of Aiken County. He was a retired milkman with Pet Dairy. He was a US Army Veteran having bravely served his country during World War II. He was a dedicated member of Highland Pines Baptist Church in Aiken. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, who shall be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched during the 86 precious years that God granted him on this earth; however life for Mr. Hall has not ended, as he has just made a transition to his new Heavenly home, where life never ends and pain and sorrow doesn’t exist. Infact, he is now sporting a new body. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday evening, July 15th from 4:00 until 6:00 PM. A service celebrating his life and home going will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home Monday morning, July 16th at 11:00 AM with Rev. Danny Burleson, Rev.Wesley Greene and Bro. Ed Turner officiating. The interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Langley, S.C. The Pallbearers will be James Ennis, Brandon Hall, Evelyn Shaw. Joyce Doolittle, Jimmy Doolittle, Kellie Paden and Michael Ennis. Memorials, in Mr. Hall’s honor, may be made to the American Heart Association, 400 Percival Rd., Columbia, S.C. 29206 or to the Aiken SPCA, 401 Wire Rd., Aiken, S. C. 29801.
