Angela Maddox, Jones Cunningham

JONES-Angela M. Jones Cunningham, age 52, of Langley, S.C., loving wife for 29 years to Leroy Cunningham and daughter of the late Bobby and Carolyn Hurt Maddox, entered into rest on Monday, June 1, 2015. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a stepdaughter, Kandy McDowell of Greenwood, S.C.; a brother-in-law, Jimmy Cunningham of Bath, S.C.; three grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Brown and her grandmother, Marcella Maddox. She was born in and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. She was a loving wife, stepmother, grandmother, sister-in-law and friend. She shall be greatly missed by her family and all whose lives she touched during her short lifespan; however, death is not the end, as she shall live on forever in the hearts of her loved ones. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this Wednesday evening, June 3rd from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. A service, remembering her life, will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home this Thursday, June 4, 2015 at 3:00 PM with Rev. Clint Jackson officiating. The interment will follow at the Vaucluse Cemetery in Vaucluse, S.C. The Pallbearers will be Thomas Rowell, Dale Reece, Lester Lucas, Jr. and Randy Bacon. At the family’s request, memorials in her honor,may be made to the funeral home to assist with the expense of the funeral.
