Allene Bennett Craig

CRAIG-Allene Bennett Craig, age 42, of Ridge Spring, S.C., loving daughter of Elizabeth Herron Bennett Williams of Beech Island, S.C. and the late Allen Edward Bennett, entered into rest on Sunday, July 6, 2014. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her stepfather, Thomas Williams of Beech Island, S.C.; sons, Cody Craig of Ridge Spring, S.C. and Steven Allen Craig of Texas; sisters, Sonni Arthurs of Beech Island, Debra Craig of Aiken, Ellen Hicks of Warrenville, Cheryl Jackson and Diane Deas both of Aiken; brothers, Mack Rutland of Langley and Bobby Bennett of Aiken. She was born in and has been a lifetime resident of Aiken County, S.C. She was of the Baptist Faith. She was a loving daughter, mother, homemaker, sister and friend, who shall be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched during the 42 short years that God granted her on this earth; however, death cannot destroy precious memories, and she shall live on forever in the hearts of her loved ones. She has finished life’s journey and is now at peace with her Maker. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this Thursday evening, July 10th from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. A service celebrating her life will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Friday, July 11, 2014 at 12:00 noon with Pastor Leroy Beard officiating. The interment will follow at the Warrenville Cemetery. The Pallbearers will be Robbie Rutland, Mack Rutland, Gene Herron, Stevie Herron, David Craig and James “Trip” Johnson.
