Alexx R. Mitchell

MITCHELL –Mr. Alexx R. Mitchell, age 23, of Graniteville, S.C., loving son of Dorsey Burnell Mitchell and Kathy Lynn Harris Mitchell, entered into rest on Sunday, November 4, 2012. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandparents; Mr. and Mrs. Auren H. Mitchell, Jr. of North Augusta, S. C.; Sandra K. Harris of Belvedere, S.C. and Bo “Jervis” Arthur of Graniteville, S.C.; like a brother, Christopher Yeargain and like a sister, Jennifer Hollar, a son, Hunter Alexx Mitchell (Mother, Melinda Kay Beard) of Graniteville, S.C.; a number of aunts, uncles and cousins. He was born in Augusta, Ga. but has been a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. He attended Heights Baptist Church. He was a loving son, a great daddy and an avid fisherman. He shall be greatly missed by his family, friends and everyone whose lives he touched during his life here on earth; however, he shall live on forever in everyone’s heart. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this Wednesday evening, November 7th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. A service celebrating his life will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Thursday, November 8th at 11:00 AM with Rev. Jody Padgett officiating. The interment will follow at the Graniteville Cemetery. The pallbearers will be Jeremy McCrae, Cameron Gardner, Chris Frix, Calvin Fields, Michael Fields and Brandon Bachelor.
